Extended stay rates: (3 week minimum) Beginning 5/1 - 11/15 $185 to $475 per week
Our Extended-stay program starts May 1 and lasts through November 15th. It is especially designed for those looking for a home in our area or guests who are on work assignments in the area. Our kitchens make your stay even more comfortable. 3 week minimum. $200 deposit. Pets: $10/wk each. Max. 2
Have family in town? Just let us know in advance if you want to entertain them on the property. Typically, we allow two guests per room for about 3 hours. Nice people get exceptions!
No refunds for early departure. AMEX requires additional 4% fee. Sorry.
Waterfront efficiencies
All rooms have air conditioning, internet DSL in the room and wireless on the covered patio, & cable TV. We have DVD players and movies for rent. For your convenience, laundry facilities are on-site. Rates are subject to a 7% Florida sales tax & 5% County tourist tax. Rates are subject to change without notice. Pets are welcome (subject to breed) with additional charge. What to bring? Bring your swimming suit, sunscreen and visor or hat. Fishermen, bring your favorite tackle! Computer people: Bring your laptop and an ethernet cord - or borrow one of ours. Don't forget your camera! The sunset views are outstanding!

HERE'S THE PLAN!
Come in during the afternoon and relax with a beverage on the back deck. Go to the grocery store and possibly liquor store to stock up for the week.
Walk to Portofinos to toast to your bold trip to Florida and successful escape to paradise!
The next day, plan to go to Fishermen's Village for shopping and lunch or swimming, sunbathing and reading perhaps. Grill your steak/chicken dinner on the gas grills and throw some baked potatoes in the oven. Don't forget your veges!
Visit some of the places on the list under the "Where to Go" page. Go to the beach! After you're well done, come back and socialize with the other guests.
Plan to relax. This is a NO STRESS environment. Leave it back home!!!
