We have 3 motel rooms that are 12 x 12 on the parking lot with a small refrigerator, microwave & coffee pot. They are reasonably price but you would want a jr. efficiency if you are staying over 3 days. These are small, great for 1 person for a week or 2 people up to 3 days. #103 has a mini-kitchen wing on it but no kitchen sink.
